Earth Medicine

Earth medicine is the medicine of the natural world and it is found in plants, trees and in all of nature. It is present in the land, air and water around us and in the natural cycles of life. It is also found in kinship with others, human and non human as well as supportive communities.

We are blue printed to live this way. It is encoded our DNA and keeps us in balance, healthy and feeling whole.

For many years we have become more and more separate from Mother earth making us feel unwell, out of balance and feeling lost. We know deep down something is missing. We yearn for that something and that something is re-connection to the earth that we are part of. We are not separate - We are Earth.

Earth medicine is about plugging back onto that which is our wholeness.

We can do this though being in nature, plant medicine, wild foods, a shamanic earth sustaining way of living, rites of passage and sacred ceremony
