In our wise woman transition of menopause, our emotions can be challenging, and sometimes we struggle with anxiety, panic attacks and low mood. We feel at times we are going mad as we travel though this rite of passage in which we can feel total dissolution of self as we begin to remake ourselves as apprentice wise women. In this workshop, we explore what is happening to us as well as developing strategies for support. This month, our herbal allies are Rose and Oatstraw as we calm and nourish our nervous system and we make aroma stix using chill out essential oils.
There will also be a shamanic journey and wild woman drumming.
The cost for this is £22 and includes emailed handouts. It needs to be booked via PayPal as numbers are limited. Refunds or transfers will not be given if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start of the class

At midlife, we enter a time of transition that takes us from our fertile years to our Wise woman/ Elder years. This can be seen as a rite of passage.
In indigenous / Elder cultures this can be a powerful time in which we encounter challenges and struggle in order to transform. It is also a time that should be held by the community and elders.
Menopause is a rite of passage that can leave women feeling lost, confused and coping with many physical and emotional challenges. It can also a time of profound spiritual growth. In modern times its also a time when women need other women and Elder women with knowledge and support.
