Wise Woman - Reclaiming Menopause

Wednesday 7th January 2026 - 7pm - 9.30pm

Wise Woman - Menopause calm

During menopause, we can feel different, discombobulated and overwhelmed. Sleep can be disrupted, and we may struggle with low mood. In this session, we will be working with our herbal allies of oatstraw, valerian and lime blossom as well as making aromastix. We will be continuing on our shamanic journeying adventures with the gong as an ally and, of course, wild woman drumming.
This workshop will be for two and a half hours and each session will include discussion, herbal wisdom, sacred journey work, and drumming. the cost is £22, payable via PayPal. This includes comprehensive emailed handouts.

Wise Woman - Wild Woman Gatherings at the Harmony Hub

Wise Woman - Wednesday 5th November 2025 and the first Wednesday of each month 7pm - 9.30pm

Hot flushes! Night Sweats! Anxiety! Mood swings!

Dont know who you are anymore!

Feeling lost in Midlife and worried its all down hill from here?

Are you searching for meaning and wondering what the hell is happening to you?

Many women are now seeing menopause as a major female rite of passage that takes us from our reproductive years to our Wise Woman years. Menopause is part of our human evolution and has a purpose. It is a time when we have the potential to step into our power and transform into a woman who is wise, sovereign, magical and connected to life.

These two-and-a-half-hour workshops are held every month at the Harmony Hub and explore the challenges of this passage to wisdom and power commonly known as menopause.

As we journey through this hormonal transition of challenge and change, we will explore issues such a hot flushes, anxiety, mood changes, sexuality, feeling healthy etc as well as working with strategies for support. we will also be exploring eldership, earth keeper, getting older and women's power. In these very unique wise woman gatherings, there will be discussion and exploration of issues, learning about herbal medicine, shamanism, drumming and ceremony.

Edwina is an experienced medical herbalist, menopause mentor, shamanic practitioner, celebrant, forager and drum maker. She has many years of experience guiding women through this major rite of passage. Drawing on clinical and personal experience, she will explore strategies for navigating the turbulent waters of perimenopause and beyond. These workshops are suitable for women who are journeying through menopause, post menopausal and elder women, as well as younger women who want to learn more.

This workshop will be for two and a half hours and each session will include discussion, herbal wisdom, sacred journey work, and drumming. the cost is £22, payable via PayPal. This includes comprehensive emailed handouts.

At menopause we enter an ancient and sacred rite of passage

Rewilding Menopause

At midlife, we enter a time of transition that takes us from our fertile years to our Wise woman/ Elder years. This can be seen as a rite of passage.

In indigenous / Elder cultures this can be a powerful time in which we encounter challenges and struggle in order to transform. It is also a time that should be held by the community and elders.

Menopause is a rite of passage that can leave women feeling lost, confused and coping with many physical and emotional challenges. It can also a time of profound spiritual growth. In modern times its also a time when women need other women and Elder women with knowledge and support.
