Feel the magic and the connection of drumming in a circle in a sacred space?
To feel heard, safe and connected to the drum. To yelp and howl if you need to... to feel wild and sing sacred women's chants.
To feel calmer, more connected and part of a healing community.
Drumming is powerful; research shows that it helps reduce stress and anxiety as well as promote mental and emotional well-being.
In this 2-hour circle, we will be creating sacred space, having the opportunity to be part of a sharing circle and feeling heard.
Drumming will be intuitive and in the heart space rather than trying to match a set beat. We will be drumming with intention and power. Singing sacred feminine songs, and also either having the opportunity to do a shamanic drum journey or walk a drumming labyrinth.
The circle is open to women of all ages, and you dont have to be good at drumming. Great if you have a drum to bring with you, and we do have some spares if you don't. The big grandmother community drum will also be available.
