Its great to be back doing face to face classes at the Harmony Hub in Chorley and a in place that's just opposite to Asley Park with its glorious Lime trees overlooking the hub and studio next door. The classes are held in the studio where there is plenty of space to relax and feel welcome. In this series of workshops, we focus on local herbs either those easily foraged or growing locally through the seasons or in spices that are sourced from local markets or grocers. The aim of these classes is to reconnect local people back to our herbal heritage, focusing on plant identification and getting to learn about them in an experiential way through guided tastings and discussions. there will always be a demonstration of medicines that can be made in home kitchens.
