It's great to be back in Bury, bringing accessible and affordable learning about plant medicines back to local communities.
Each month I will be running a 2 hour evening class in the Barn at Phillips Park, Whitefield in Greater Manchester.
Thyme and Licorice are great herbal allies that support us through winter. Many people have struggled with coughs and chest infections; these herbs are powerful herbs that help can us a the end of winter. As always with many herbs there is so much more to learn about them and how we can make out medicines with them in the kitchen. There will be guided tastings for the herbs to help you to connect and learn about them in a experiential and fun way. I will also be demonstrating how to make a simple cough syrup easily made at home.
These monthly classes in a beautiful country park keep learning about herbal medicine affordable, accessible and practical.
The cost is £20 and will include emailed handouts. Booking is essential as numbers are limited . payment can be made via Paypal. No refunds or transfers to other classes will be made if the class is cancelled 48 hours prior to running the class
We aim to make these classes accessible to all and there will be a few places available at a lower cost to those who struggle financially so please message me for details.
