Now booking forRosemary and Sage- 24th February 2026

It's great to be back in Bury, bringing accessible and affordable learning about plant medicines back to local communities.
Each month I will be running a 2 hour evening class in the Barn at Phillips Park, Whitefield in Greater Manchester.

Rosemary and Sage are two amazing herbs often found growing in sheltered gardens at this time of year, or easily accessible in Markets, good grocers, or supermarkets.
These herbs are excellent for the respiratory and digestive systems and have a multitude of other uses.
The herb classes at Philips Park Barn are becoming increasingly popular as people realise the power of herbal medicine and want to learn firsthand from an experienced herbalist how to use easily accessible plants as medicine for themselves, their families and their community.
In this 2-hour herb class, we will be learning about these powerful herbs through guided tea tastings, discussion and in learning how to make medicines at home. In this class, we will be learning how to make herbal vinegars.
The cost of this 2-hour class includes an extensive emailed handout and costs £20. It needs to be pre-booked via PayPal.
There are bursaries available, which are provided by Incredible Edible Prestwich and district so email me if cost comes in the way of you being able to attend this class or if you are on a low income and need support to attend.
